REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a refund request to the coach. Every refund will be to the discretion of the coach. Every coach will have their own specific refund policy. While Coaches Content strongly advises every coach to honor all refund requests, it is ultimately at the coach’s own discretion.

REFUND EXPIRY

All refunds must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, contact the Coaches Content support team (help@coachescontent.co) asking to initiate a refund request. The Coaches Content support team will then notify the coach of your refund request.




REFUND TIMELINE

Should the coach approve your refund request, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles (30-60 days) to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
